This policy explains what Platipix (platipix.com) collects and why. Last updated: October 2026.

What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email), order and subscription records, and the text and settings you work on when you save or export. We also keep ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the service running.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number; we receive only your email, country, the plan you bought and the payment status.

How we use it

To run the Studio and your account, process payments and refunds, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Images you upload

Pictures sent to Image to 3D are used only to create your model and are not shared with other users.

Cookies

We use cookies needed for sign-in, the shopping cart and your theme choice, and Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which features are used (for example, how many images or videos are downloaded). Analytics never receives the words, images or files you work on. We do not use advertising cookies.

Sharing

We share data only with the services needed to operate the site (payment processing, hosting, email, and Google Analytics for visit statistics) and when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and we keep records only as long as needed for the service and for legal and tax duties. Write to us from the contact page.
